Your data is your trust
ReNew is built to be a safe recovery space. We only collect information needed to personalize your support, and never share it with third parties without your explicit consent.
Data we collect
We store your email, name, addiction type, clean date, check-in history (mood, craving), urine test results, personal goals and emergency contact. All data is encrypted and stored in a secure cloud.
How we use your data
Data is used solely to operate the app: personalize the AI assistant, track progress, generate recommendations and connect with a therapist — only if you choose to share your ID.
Sharing with third parties
We do not sell, rent or transfer your personal data to third parties. The only exception is if you choose to connect a therapist via the 'Share with therapist' feature.
Data security
All connections are encrypted via HTTPS. Database data is protected by Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Only you and any therapist you authorize can access your data.
Your rights
You can update or delete your data at any time via your profile. When you delete your account, all your information is permanently erased from the system.
Working with a therapist
The therapist linking feature works only with your consent. Your therapist can only see data you choose to share. You can unlink them at any time.
